Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have always implemented strong terms of service against the sending of bulk email. Whether or not you send out your emails legitimately you will still be shut down by your ISP. Connection speed
We recommend that you work with LegalMail through a DSL, Cable, Satellite, or faster internet connection. The connection speed of your computer only needs to be fast enough to communicate with the LegalMail remote server. For that reason, a DSL, Cable, Satellite, or faster internet connection will do the trick. The connection speed of the server in Asia (not your local computer) is what determines the speed of your outgoing mailings.

The type of email lists used - single domain or mixed domain email lists
Using single domain mailing lists can greatly increase performance by 10 times or more. When you use a mixed email list with different domains, LegalMail will perform a separate server session for each email it sends which may result in slower mailing speeds. If you use a single domain email list, LegalMail will send the number of emails per session you specify, which increases the speed in which you can send per hour.

Deliverability of your list
If your list contains invalid email addresses some of the emailing threads in LegalMail will waste time trying to connect to invalid / non-existent mail servers.  To avoid this, use Bulk Email Superstore's email list extraction utilities or purchase our ready-to-email lists to ensure you are broadcasting to FRESH addresses.

Speed of destination mail servers
Delivery speed is a unique value for every domain and it depends on the destination server's location on the Internet. Normally you can send at quicker rates when emailing to larger ISPs.

Smaller messages put less strain on the receiving end mail server.  Therefore, you will achieve noticeably higher delivery speeds when using smaller email messages in your campaigns.

LegalMail is equipped with a feature that allows its users to enter in their ad creative for review against a database consisting of a wide range of heuristic tests on mail headers and body text to identify "spam" or unsolicited commercial email. This feature reviews your email message against a database of thousands of known spam tactics used today. If your ad contains any variation of these tactics your ad is scored higher on a spam scale. The higher the score, the higher the likelihood of your ad being tagged as "spam" & being deleted before it reaches its destination. This feature will check and point out "problem areas" in your ad which can be quickly corrected and adjusted to assist in improved email penetration and ultimately improve your response per email sent!

From Address Rotation:
LegalMail allows its users to enter in an unlimited number of their own valid email addresses. LegalMail will rotate through all the from email addresses you specify as it sends. This means each email sent will show a different "from" email address in the from line of the message. The use of multiple froms will assist you in spreading your replies over a number of addresses. This way no one from address gets overloaded with replies or remove requests. This rotation feature will also help you circumvent spam filters. We are now required by law to use a valid from email address in all outgoing mailings.
